President Rawlings guest at Hearts-Esperance match

President Jerry Rawlings will be a special Guest of Honour at the final of finals match between Accra Hearts of Oak and Esperance of Tunisia at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, an official statement from the Ministry of Youth and Sports has announced.

"This, it believed will give the management and players of Hearts of Oak the needed impetus to win the Cup for the club and for Ghana."

The statement said the president will be accompanied by the Vice President, professor J.E. Atta Mills, an ardent supporter of Hearts, who for several years was the Board Chairman of the club.
