Press Release: Adhere to directives by GFA – PLB

The Premier League Board of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), has reminded all Premier League clubs to adhere to a directive issued by the FA, that the registration of players and officials will end Wednesday, January 20, 2016.

A statement by the GFA said clubs are also reminded of their pre-season obligations such as venue inspection by the Club Licensing Board, Audited Account for 2013/14 season and strips Declaration.

It stated that clubs are also reminded of management and authorized signatories, payment of affiliation fees adding that they must be submitted to the GFA Secretariat by January 20, 2016.

It said clubs are to submit all Club Licensing Board forms including the venue for home matches, club office as soon by January 20.

The GFA added that it is now mandatory to register all club officials on the FIFA Connect system.

The registration of the Technical and Management team officials should be done together with the ongoing registration of the club’s players.

It said effective next season, any enquiry on the status of a club official will be assessed via the FIFA Connect system thus clubs are entreated to take the registration of officials as important as that of the players.
