Ghana striker Prince Tagoe is leaving Asian champions Al Ittihad of Saudi Arabia to join Al Shabab club from the UAE.

Tagoe, who was the top scorer in his last season in the Ghanaian championship with Accra Hearts of Oak, completed his one year-deal with the Emirates club on Monday.

It is a dramatic move for the 20-year-old, who was once on the verge of joining German side FSV Mainz after the MTN Africa Cup of Nations cup in Egypt.

Tagoe scored on his debut against Burkina Faso in January and since then has been noticed as one of the most promising talents in African football. Tagoe disclosed to PARROT BREAKFAST SPORTS this morning but refused to voice out the amount involved in this transfer.

"My sights are set on Europe and a move will come at the right time." said Tagoe.

He will fly to Italy next week to join his new teammates in their preparation camp for the new season.
