Prince Tagoe reveals tempting MLS offer

Ghana striker Prince Tagoe is not ruling out joining Major League Soccer side Seattle Sounders FC which have tabled a massive deal for his services.

The 23-year-old is set to join Swiss champions FC Basel after agreeing personal terms last week and waiting for his German club to confirm the switch.


But Sounders have offered to pay the TSG Hoffenheim player US$ 200,000 a week if he decides to move to Seattle.

Tagoe told Accra-based Happy FM: “It is true. Seattle Sounders have approached me with US$200, 000 a week. There are a lot of offers and I’m considering all of them.”


He spent the second half of last season on loan at Serbian champions Partizan Belgrade who have been priced out by other clubs.
