Former Dwarfs and Kotoko defender, Rashid Sumaila has told FootballMadeInGhana.com that, he will move to Europe next season.
Rashid, who was part of Dwarfs from 2010 to 2012 before joining Kotoko in the 2012/13 season; went to Mamelodi Sundowns in South Africa before landing in the Kuwaiti League.
“I can assure you that, I will join a club in Europe next season” said the talented defender. This season, Sumaila has played eight matches for his club, Qadsia scoring one goal. He has also won five Man of the Match awards.
The 25-year-old defender believes he’s now mature enough to play in Europe. He disclosed that, a lot of European clubs have shown interest in him and that he’s working on those interests with his management.
