Dear Sir,
The Board of Directorsof B.A United F/C hereby resolved this day the 10th April 2004 to Re-lnstate Mr George Arthur as the Chief Executive Officer of the club.
The Board's decision to sanction him was predicated upon apparent lack of communication between the Chief Executive Officer and board of Directors with regard to some pertinent policies particularly the delicate issue of restructuring the club.
After healthy discussions the Board without any reservations accept George Arthur's unqualified appology and his promise to work in concert with the Board of Directors and in accordance with the club's constitution.
