It was an exciting moment for Real Madrid fans in Ghana as their club clinched their 15th UEFA Champions League title at Wembley.

Real Madrid beat Borussia Dortmund 2-0 to win the Champions League title once again.

After a barren first half, Dani Carvajal headed home a corner from Toni Kroos just 16 minutes from time.

Brazilian winger, Vinicius Jr later doubled the lead with an assist from a Real Madrid teammate just nine minutes later.

To celebrate their triumph, some fans in Ghana poured out on the streets of Accra to share in their club's historic success.
