Real United wins

Anyinasin Real United played a determined game to beat Efutu Jonathan F/C by one goal to nil in their Cape Coast municipal third Division league match played at Efutu on Friday.

After a goalless first half, both teams resumed the second half with greater determination but it was United who had the edge in the attack and scored the only goal of the match through centre-half, Abdoul Wahab in the 57th minute.

In the 8oth minute, outside right of Jonathan F/C, Daniel Aborabora, was given the red card for persistent rough play by class one referee Charles Nyarko.

In spite of their reduced strength, they matched their opponents squarely but try as they did, they could not find the equaliser.

After the match, irate supporters of Janathan FC apparently dissatisfied with the referee's performance attacked him and the match officials.
