Referee Samuel Sukah is likely to escape sanctions for his controversial penalty decision in last Sunday's Ghana Premier League derby.
The Sports Master at St Thomas Aquinas Senior High School has come under intense scrutiny for his late decision which helped Hearts of Oak to beat Asante Kotoko 1-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
But a Ghanasportsonline.com report says the video evidence from the Ghana FA cameraman revealed it was handball incident.
This means Sukah has been vindicated and will face no punishment from the match review panel.
