Experienced boxing referee, Tony Weeks, will be arriving in Ghana on Thursday (January 4th) for the January 6th clash between Ghana’s Isaac Dogboe and Mexico’s Cesar Juarez at the Bukom Boxing Arena.
Dogboe and Juarez will be fighting for the interim WBO World super bantamweight belt.
It will be Weeks’ second time in Ghana – he was in the West African country in July 2017 and was the man in the middle when Dogboe stopped Javier Chacon in round seven to defend his WBO international super bantamweight belt.
In 2017, the American handled 22 pro fights – three of those fights were world titles.
The clash is been promoted by Rising Star Africa Promotions.
