Referee Yaw Ametepe facing 8-match ban for penalty indecision in AshGold-Hearts clash

Referee Yaw Ametepe could be suspended for up to eight matches for his dramatic penalty decision in the AshantiGold-Hearts of Oak clash last Sunday.

He awarded a penalty to Hearts but later rescinded his decision.

The Referees Review Committee has watched the clip and concluded he got it wrong and should have made his earlier decision stand.
