Richard Boateng signs for Cyprus side Aris Limasol

Cyprus side Aris Limassol have signed Ghana midfielder Richard Boateng on a two-year deal.

The 23-year-old defensive midfielder has joined Limassol from Spanish side Granada where he failed to command a first-team spot.

The former Liberty Professionals player has enjoyed loan spells at Cadiz and San Roque.

He is expected to use his huge experience in the Spanish second-tier to help the Tsirion Stadium outfit fight for the trophy after they finished 10th last season.
