Ghana’s Richard Commey is happy to be fighting on the undercard of Mikey Garcia and Robert Easter on July 29th in Los Angeles.
Garcia (WBC World lightweight champion) and Easter (IBF World lightweight) will be unifying on the aforementioned date.
And Commey, who is IBF mandatory challenger will face the winner between Garcia and Easter.
The Ghanaian will be fighting to stay active against yet to be named opponent.
Though his opponent is yet to be confirmed, but he is elated to be on the Garcia-Easter undercard which will be televised by SHOWTIME Boxing.
Commey earned the opportunity to challenge for the IBF lightweight belt after stopping Alejandro Luna in round 6 last March.
