Richard Zuma’s price is negotiable – Emmanuel City FC tells Hearts of Oak

Chief Executive Officer of Emmanuel City FC, Kingsley Adams, has confirmed that his outfit named GHS 120,000 as the price for their player Richard Zuma when Hearts of Oak requested for his services.

Zuma who has been under observation at Hearts of Oak came off the bench to score brace against Ebusua Dwarfs in the group stage of the just ended GHALCA top 8 tournament, and has since caught the eyes of several clubs both local and other parts of the continent.

Hearts of Oak have been held back by the price tag of the young division two forward, but have been offered a relief after Adams told FOX 97.9 FM that the price given is not a fixed one.

Speaking to the Kumasi-based FM station, Adams revealed that he is a staunch fan of the 20 times Ghana Premier League champions and he is ready to release his player to them at a negotiable figure.

“It is true we quoted that amount to Hearts of Oak but it is not a fixed price, it is negotiable”, Adams noted.

“I am a big fan of Hearts of Oak and I want Zuma to play for Hearts likewise the player himself”, he further revealed.

According to the club CEO, Richard Zuma has been on trials with some clubs in Nigeria before, and he is being chased by Enugu Rangers, Efeanyi Uba among others.

Asked whether these offers have influenced Zuma’s price tag, Adams declined by saying that Emmanuel City FC have received an offer of $50,00 from a club in Nigeria for the services of Zuma, but he still prefers the player plays for the Phobians instead, subject to Hearts of Oak’s readiness to return for negotiations.
