Richmond Lamptey set for trials at Mamelodi Sundowns

Ghanaian midfielder Richmond Lamtey is expected to be assessed by South African side Mamelodi Sundowns, GHANAsoccernet.com understands.

Lamptey, who is a free agent after leaving West African Football Academy, is expected to travel to the country to undergo a trial in the coming days.

The 20-year-old will be assessed by the Masandawana during a two-week period.

Lamptey refused contract extension at WAFA to facilitate his move to the South African side.
