Tom Vernon, the founder of the Right to Dream Academy, has stated that the academy predominantly collaborates with Ghanaian coaches due to their excellence.

Several Ghanaian coaches, including Mas-Ud Didi Dramani, CK Akonnor, and the current Black Stars head coach, Otto Addo, have advanced through the ranks at Right to Dream.

Former Ghanaian midfielder Michael Essien currently serves as an individual talent coach at FC Nordsjaelland.

The FC Nordsjaelland chairman has questioned why African coaches do not receive the same opportunities in Europe as South American coaches.

Vernon argues that market dynamics undervalue African players compared to their South American counterparts.

"They decided to coach, and they are good coaches. It's natural; they're good coaches. We talked about it with Endrick, the Brazilian, like his market value," he told Joy Sports.

"It's the same thing in relation to coaches. Why are Brazilian and Argentinian coaches coming to Europe and making it, but African coaches are not?

"So it's just simple; they [Ghanaian coaches] are good coaches, end of story. How other people choose to see the world is not our problem," he stated.
