Robert Mensah, Kwasi Appiah, Essien make Asante Twum’s best Ghana team of all-time

Ace sports journalist Henry Asante Twum has named a cross-generational pull of talents in his best Black Stars team of all-time.

With decades of experience in the field, Asante Twum has covered quite a number of tournaments and also crossed paths with some of the nation's finest footballers.

When placed on the spot to reveal his favorite team for the four-time AFCON winners, Henry disclosed a rich list of players whose careers he witnessed and also those who preceded his arrival on earth.

The list includes the members of the teams that won Ghana its four trophies and also the 2000 team that sent Ghana to three World Cups.

Henry who is now the Communications Director of Ghana’s FA admitted that though his team may not exactly reflect the best side the team has had since its formation, he is confident that each of the players named excelled in the Black Stars jersey.

Notable in the list are legendary Robert Mensah, Abedi Ayew Pele and Michael Essien.
