The 2017 FA Cup hero with Asante Kotoko says he will professionally represent Bofoakwa Tano before retiring from football.

The player appeared in the glowing green and white colors of the former premier league side in an exhibition match against rivals B.A United last week.

Sadick Adams, 28, came to global prominence after scoring 4 goals for the Black Starlets of Ghana at the 2007 FIFA U17 World Cup in South Korea.

He also created history by scoring a first half hat trick for Kotoko against Hearts of Oak in last year’s FA Cup final in Tamale to help his team lift the trophy with a 3-1 victory.

Adams, grew up in Sunyani as a Bofoakwa Tano fan and his family brother Abu Issah also played for the former premier league side.

“Definitely it is a must.” Adams said when asked by Gariba Raubil whether he plans to represent his boyhood club before calling time on his football career.

“Of course I have that in mind to play for my boyhood club before hanging my boots but nothing is decided now. ” Adams told FootballmadeinGhana.com.

The former Atletico Madrid teenager is currently a player of Obuasi Ashanti Gold SC – where it all started for him as an academy graduate from the Obuasi Ajax academy.

It is also the ambition of the former teammate of David de Dea to lead his favorite club as chairman as Adams took to Facebook to describe himself as a future player and CEO of Bofoakwa Tano.
