Former Phar Rangers captain, Samuel Appiah has told FootballMadeInGhana.com that, he’s excited to have signed for Ghana Premier League side, Medeama.
The right-back, from the Division One club, completed his move to Medeama recently, revealed that moving to Medeama is a major development in his career.
“I’m very excited to sign for Medeama. After the end of the season, I planned on changing club. I thank God my dream has come to pass. Playing for a club like Medeama is a big step in my career. I hope to make it count” said Appiah.
Getting regular playing time for new players is always a challenge for new players. Samuel Appiah admitted that he will need a lot of hard work and sacrifice to secure first-team place and keep it.
“I’m privy to that. Medeama has got some wonderful players. The likes of Amos Korankye are all there. I’m going to work hard and give my all so that I can impress the coach. Who knows I may get the chance to play more. The competition for places even motivate me more” he said.
