The Samuel Inkoom Management Football Agency (SIFMA) on Friday, April 19, 2024, unveiled its partnership with HK-Invest with both organisations pledging their commitment to the discovery and harnessing of Ghanaian football talents.

At a presser held in Accra, Samuel Inkoom and Tony, the owner of the Norwegian company signed the deal with a promise of ensuring a smooth and easy pathway to success for young Ghanaian footballers.

Speaking at the ceremony, Samuel Inkoom explained that his decision to venture into football management was inspired by some struggles he endured during his career.

Inkoom disclosed that SIFMA’s focus is to ensure that unscrupulous agents do not exploit young players.

"At a point in time, I was banned from football for one year so I also thought and realized the need to give back to society and ensure that others don't suffer the same fate. I decided that opening my agency would help develop the young players coming up and also teach them how to go about issues such as signing contracts".

He added, "I also want to develop the players to change their mindset before they go out there. A lot of young players don't understand the job they're doing and the reason behind this agency is to help the players understand the profession and what it entails” he said.

Samuel Inkoom announced that his outfit is in the process of setting up an academy and that it will serve as the hub for the nurturing of Ghanaian players and expose them to the best facilities.

“We are also building our academy which will serve our young players and make them successful".

SIFMA President Samuel Inkoom also expressed gratitude to CEEK for their invaluable support in showcasing talent worldwide through their platform - ceek.com.

Tony, the owner of NK-invest, on his part, said, "We are here for a very important reason. It's about values and creating something that does not exist today. In the football industry, me and Samuel know that it's very hard. Football life can be cruel sometimes so we want to allow the players to succeed.

“Before we got into the agreement, we talked about values, strategies, operation and at the end of the day we agreed it's about what we can do with the kids or the talents. We want to create a channel for them and an opportunity for them".
