Black Satellites lanky striker, Benjamin Tetteh, promised to use the lessons learnt from New Zealand as the stepping stone to greatness. The Dreams FC goal poacher believes the pressure of playing at the highest level and the chance to showcase his talent is the driving force in his career.

Benjamin Tetteh, who started 3 of Ghana’s 4 matches in New Zealand, promised to follow in the footsteps of other players who passed through the U20 during the infantile stages of their career.

Speaking to Sportscrusader.com, Benjamin said, “The urge to score goals inspires me as a striker. I draw inspiration from goals because I am a striker and l look up to Emmanuel Adebayor or Zlatan Ibrahimovic as a striker.”

“My experience from the U20 team will undoubtedly boost my performances and give me more confidence as a player. It is an experience that is invaluable to me as a player.

The pressure of playing for the U20 side made me a better player. I learnt a lot while representing the colours of Ghana”.

The lanky forward also thanked the management of Dreams FC for his rise in the game and promised paying back with goals in the latter stages of the season.

“I am ready to lead Dreams FC to the Premier League. Hopefully, we maintain our current form into the final stages of the season. Dreams FC has helped me a lot but I thanked God for bringing them into my life”

Dreams FC currently tops Zone III of the ongoing Division One League with 40 points from the first 19 league fixtures.
