Sharks technical team wants to exceed target

Elmina Sharks spokesperson, Richmond Arthur has disclosed that, their technical team is working to exceed the target of reaching the top four which was set by the President of the club, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom.

According to him, they are putting in place the right measures to enable the team succeed. “Our technical team are hopeful of going beyond the target set for them. The President of the club has targeted a top four finish but from the conversation and activities of the club, they are [targeting] the topmost finish” Richmond Arthur told Kumasi base Ahoto FM.

Elmina Sharks take on Hearts of Oak in a club friendly this Sunday at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium. That game, in the view of Richmond Arthur, will be a good preparatory game.

“Our game against Hearts of Oak is a competitive friendly match. Victory against Hearts will help us and urge us on ahead of the upcoming season. We will approach it with the necessary mindset to test our readiness the season.”
