Solomon Asante instrumental in Las Vegas Lights FC's draw with Loudoun United FC

Ghanaian winger Solomon Asante played a pivotal role in Las Vegas Lights FC's 1-1 draw against Loudoun United FC in the USL Championship on Friday evening.

This match was the second meeting between the two teams, with Loudoun United FC previously holding a 1-0 lead in their head-to-head record.

Asante, who was in the starting lineup, showcased his skill and experience on the field, playing for 61 minutes before being substituted. Despite Loudoun United dominating possession and taking more shots, it was Las Vegas Lights FC who scored first.

In the 2nd minute, Coleman Gannon netted a spectacular left-footed goal from the left side of the box, sending the ball into the high center of the goal. The assist came from none other than Solomon Asante, highlighting his ability to create scoring opportunities.

However, Loudoun United FC managed to equalize in the 52nd minute with a right-footed shot from Tommy McCabe from outside the box, capitalizing on a set piece situation.
