Former Ghana FA presidential aspirant Vincent Sowah Odotei has been named chairman of the newly-formed strategic committee of Hearts.
The former director of the club returns to football administration after being in hiatus.
The ex-King Faisal chief will be supported by board members Frank Nelson and Thomas Esso.
Current Managing Director Gerald Ankrah will serve as secretary to the committee with former NCC chairman Alhaji Akanbi serving as a member of the newly-formed committee.
