Sports Ministry congratulates Samartex, Hasaacas Ladies and Army Ladies for ending season with trophies

The Ministry of Youth and Sports has congratulated the teams that have ended the season with trophies following the conclusion of the Ghana Premier League campaign over the weekend.

Samertex won the Ghana league for the first time in history after just two seasons in the top flight, ending the season with 61 points.

Hasaacas Ladies reclaimed the Women's Premier League title for the first time in three seasons after defeating the holders, Ampem Darkoa Ladies.

Meanwhile, Army Ladies won the Women's FA Cup title after beating Police Ladies in the final.

Nosatreman and Bofoakwa Tano will conclude the season with the FA Cup final on June 23 at the Legon Stadium.

As the football season ends, the Ministry of Youth and Sports is thrilled to congratulate the winners of our leagues and cup competitions! A big well done to FC Samartex for winning the Ghana Premier League! Your hard work and teamwork have made us all proud.

Congratulations to Hasaacas Ladies FC for winning the Women's Premier League. Your dedication is an inspiration to young women across Ghana.

Very Impressive work done by Army Ladies for winning the Women's FA Cup. Your victory shows the strength and talent of our women in sports.

These achievements highlight the passion and spirit of Ghanaian football. Let's continue to support and celebrate our teams.

Congratulations once again to FC Samartex, Hasaacas Ladies FC, and Army Ladies! Best of iuck to Nsoatreman FC and Bofoakwa Tano in the final of the 2023/24 MTN FA Cup.

The match will take place at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium on Sunday, June 23, 2024. We look forward to an exciting game.
