Accra, Nov 15. GNA - Management, staffs and some customers of Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited on Saturday, November, 14 embarked on a 16 kilometer mountain climb as part of activities making the 10th Anniversary of the Club in Ghana.
The mountain climb which started at Ayi Mensah, the base of the mountain ended at the Aburi Botanical Gardens with aerobics and fun fair. Over 200 people participated in the mountain climb which lasted for close to two hours with majority of the participants completing the exercise though exhausted from the effort.
Mawuku Afadzinu, Head of Marketing and Public Relations of the Bank, who also managed to complete the exercise, described it as a worthy one which has reignited the active role of their management and staffs. He said the anniversary which is under the theme "On top at 10 and beyond" will provide the staff with the opportunity to break further grounds in the banking sector. Alhassan Andani, Managing Director of the Bank noted that his outfit has attractive packages for customers as they look forward to more fruitful years in the future. He commended the participants for successfully completing the 16 Kilometer Walk. 11 Nov. 09
