Best players of the Coca Cola Top Four soccer competition after first matches on Thursday.

1. Yussuf Chibsah of Kumasi Asante Kotoko became the first player to win the best player award in the opening match of this year's competition at the Kumasi Sports Stadium on Wednesday, January 21, 2004. Kotoko played host to Dansoman-based Liberty Professionals.

2. Prince Antwi of King Faisal won it in their match against Accra Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports Stadium on Thursday, January 22, at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Both players were presented with CD players plus products from the main sponsors, Coca Cola.
