Accra Hearts of Oak defender Larry Sumaila Ibrahim has joined the campaign against CoronaVirus by advising fans of the club and all Ghanaians to stay home and stay safe.
A directive of restricted movement has currently being activated across Greater Accra and Greater Kumasi in a bid to curb the spread of the disease.
So far Ghana has recorded 205 cases of Covid-19 with 5 confirmed deaths.
In a period like this, it is highly recommended by health experts that one avoids contact with people, hence the need to stay at home at will and practise social distancing.
There have been advocacy campaigns preaching about how one can practise safe hygiene and stay safe in such a period.
Hearts full back, Larry Sumaila has joined in on such, and has been advising the numerous fans and followers of the club.
The ginger-haired player captured his message in a video which has been shared on the club’s social media channels.
