Stephen Appiah and Co. to storm “Accra Works Out” tomorrow

Ex-Black Stars skippers Stephen Appiah and CK Akunnor and Ghana Assistant Coach Maxwell Konadu have confirmed their participation in the December Edition of the “Accra Works Out” at the Accra Sports Stadium tomorrow, December 20th at 7.00am.

The trio will be joined by hip-life stars Mzvee and Okyeame Kwame at the health and fitness event, which is being organized by Primeval Media.

Stephen Appiah has agreed to hand out his latest match-balls, the “Tonardo Balls” to some participants for free with Primeval Media also preparing to give out free “Accra Works Out” T-Shirts.

Tomorrow’s “Accra Works Out” is expected to attract over 500 participants, who will be given an opportunity to enjoy free screening by qualified medical practitioners as they also receive expert advice from gymnasts and aerobics instructors.
