Stoke go for Boateng

Stoke boss, Tony Pulis has lined up a £4m raid on Portsmouth for Kevin-Prince Boateng.

Pulis is ready to offer the Ghana star, 23, a Premier League lifeline after talks with his representatives this week.

Boateng impressed at the World Cup by taking the Black Stars to the quarter-finals before the cruel defeat to Uruguay.

Stoke want to inject more creativity into the midfield and believe he has the talent to make a difference.
