Kuffour closing in on Tagoe lead

Accra, Sept 21, GNA - Veteran Osei Kuffour formerly of Hearts of Oak and now with AshantiGold is gradually closing in on Prince Tagoe's 11-goal lead on top of the scorers' chart.

Kuffour was on target for the 10th time this season scoring Ashgold's equaliser against Gomoa Feyernood in their 23rd week encounter played at Swedru.

Though Tagoe was not able to add to his tally, he turned a provider laying the pass for Bernard Don Bortey to score Hearts only goal in their lone goal victory over Liberty Professionals at the Ohene Djan Sport Stadium.
