Andre Ayew has vowed that there's more to come from him in the Premier League, and acknowledged that he is happy with his decision to sign for Swansea City.

The Ghana international left Olympique de Marseille on a free transfer during the summer, and reportedly had a whole litany of elite clubs to choose from, with the likes of Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, AC Milan, Inter Milan, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain just some of the names linked to the attacker's signature.

Instead, Dede moved to Swansea, where he wasted little time in making an impact and was quickly named the Premier League Player of the Month.

Ayew has shone despite a troubled campaign for the Swans, and has scored eight goals and contributed one assist in 24 league outings to date.

Speaking on Canal Football Club, Dede has insisted that he's happy with his decision to opt for South Wales, and has warned fans to expect more from him.

"I am delighted to be in the Premier League which is for me the best championship in the world," the attacker began.

"I am very happy with my choice to play for Swansea, I have managed to make my name in England but I must continue to work because I know I can do much better.”

After 25 games, Swansea sit 16th in the Premier League, and are currently four points from relegation, with Francesco Guidolin guiding the team to a four-match unbeaten streak since being named as Garry Monk's successor.
