Ghana coach Avram Grant has revealed maintaining the momentum of his team remains his greatest headache.
The 60-year-old has supervised a largely successful tenure since taking over a year ago.
He guided the team to a silver-medal feat at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations and has led the team to the group stage qualifier of the 2018 World Cup.
But the former Chelsea manager has revealed maintaining his side’s momentum is his biggest challenge.
“My greatest challenge is to continue to do what we did until now and improving on it,” he told Ghanaian journalists on Monday.
“We need to improve things off the pitch, I think we did well until now but all my life I was looking at how to do things better.”
“We need to improve off the pitch that will bring us to more success; it’s not easy because it’s a long process.”
He added: “You see only the games, the preparation for Mozambique started immediately after we finished the last game”
“Players’ organization and everything contribute so it’s a big challenge and I want to be doing it.”
Grant has a year left on his current deal.
