Black Satellites' coach, Sellas Tetteh has hinted at ringing changes in his squad ahead of the World Youth Championship (WYC) in New Zealand.

Tetteh hinted at additions to the team after his charges avenged a group stage defeat to Mali in style, beating the Eaglets 3-1 to earn a bronze at the African Youth Championship (AYC) in Senegal.

He said that, "We have learnt a lot competitively. Fortunately or unfortunately, we have played very physical sides throughout.

"We are going back and we will do some replacement and subtraction to the team and with a little effort I am sure we will be ready for the World Cup."

The Black Satellites will face Argentina, Austria and Panama at the group stage of the WYC fixed for May 30- June 20.

Ghana, winners of the 2009 edition of the WYC, defeated Mali 3-1 in Dakar on Sunday to earn the bronze, and weave their way into Group B for the 24-team tournament.

On his team's win over Mali, Tetteh said, "It is a very satisfactory result. We worked very hard and got the results we wanted. I will not take anything away from my opponents because when we even went ahead 3-0, they were running all over the place.

"Yes, this victory is for Ghana, but I think it is more for Africa because this is how we should keep working so that when we go to the World Cup we can showcase Africa."

The Black Satellites will face Austria in Group B opener on May 30, play Argentina on June 2, before concluding the group matches with Panama three days on.

Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal and Mali will represent Africa at the tournament.
