Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey made a fantastic finish scored in Atletico Madrid's 5-1 triumph over Real Betis in the Spanish La Liga on Saturday.
The 22-year-old had stepped out of the dug-out in the 69th minute to replace Spain U21 international Saul Niguez and he bagged the fifth goal as Atleti raided Betis at the Vicente Calderon.
Partey was playing his first game for Diego Simeone's men after recovering from injury and he grabbed his third goal of the season to make a huge statement about his quality.
French international Antoine Griezmann raced lighteningly to latch on to a Filipe Luis tailored pass and delivered an incisive low cross which Partey arrived in time to connect home with the goalkeeper beaten.
Partey was surprisingly overlooked by Ghana coach Avram Grant for last month's 2017 AFCON qualifying double-header against Mozambique.
