Thomas Partey resumes training with Atletico Madrid

Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey has returned to training with Atletico Madrid after fully recovering from a thigh injury.
The 22-year-old trained fully with the Rojiblancos squad who held PSV Eindhoven to a 0-0 stalemate in the Uefa Champions League round of 16 first-leg tie in the Netherlands.
Partey pulled out of training a fortnight ago after suffering the thigh problem while preparing for a La Liga game.
The former Tema Youth midfielder confirmed via his Instagram account of his return to training.
Partey has scored twice this season for the former La Liga title winners and has made 8 La Liga appearances.
