Osibor Boxing Management and Promotions is gearing up for an exciting end to the year as three of its prominent boxers—Jon “Power” Mbanugo, John Zile, and Stanley Nyantakyi—prepare for their US debuts in high-stakes championship bouts.

Jon “Power” Mbanugo will kick off the trio’s journey on October 12, 2024, at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia.

Mbanugo, who recently competed for the WBO Youth World Light-Heavyweight title in Albania, will challenge American Kevin Johnson for the UBO International Light-Heavyweight title.

The event will be promoted by DSG Promotions, led by former world champion Danny “Swift” Garcia.

Following Mbanugo, undefeated UBO International Super Bantamweight titleholder John Zile is set to vie for the UBO World Super Bantamweight title. Zile will face fellow Ghanaian Samuel Martei Laryea in a highly anticipated clash between the nation’s top Super Bantamweights. The fight is scheduled for November, with the exact date and venue yet to be finalized and announced.

The final bout in this impressive lineup features Stanley Nyantakyi, who currently holds the Ghana National and UBO Africa Featherweight titles.

Nyantakyi will compete against Argentina's Sergio “El Canalla” Sosa for the UBO World Featherweight title. This fight will take place on December 7, 2024, at the Menominee Casino Resort in Keshena, Wisconsin, and will be promoted by International Boxing.

Osibor Boxing Management extends gratitude to all supporters and urges the Ghanaian boxing community, including the Ministry of Sports and the broader public, to rally behind these talented fighters. Their quest to bring international glory to Ghana deserves the utmost support and encouragement.
