Ex-Hearts of Oak Chairman, Harry Zakkuor is really not pleased with Togbe Afede-led administration, describing the majority shareholder of the club as arrogant and disrespectful.

This follows a similar comment made by former board member and now Director General of SNNIT, Ernest Thompson on Happy FM in Accra pointing out the arrogance of the Board Chairman.

Togbe Afede took charge of Accra Hearts of Oak in 2010 and since then the former directors of the club like Alhaji Hearts, Isaac Tetteh and Ernest Thompson have all expressed their displeasure in the manner the club is currently being run.

It is on record that, the former African champions have struggled for the past five years since they won the domestic top-flight in 2009.

However, Zakuor who on many occasions have expressed his displeasure with how the old directors were booted out of the club by Togbe Afede XIV has described the traditional ruler as an arrogant and disrespectful person.

“Togbe doesn’t respect us. He didn’t even call us to appreciate our efforts. He thinks he can do it. We are not going to get involved when the league starts and for the Toyota engineer (Kenichi Yatsuhashi) he has brought we will see what he can do,” he told Boss fm.

“He is exactly what Ernest said. He is a leader and you don’t lead a club with such arrogance,” he added.
