Former Medeama SC coach Tom Strand has regretted leaving the club and is seeking a return to the team.
Footballghana.com can report that the Swede, who unceremoniously abandoned the team in South Africa after their CAF Confederation Cup playoff game with Mamelodi Sundowns, has contacted Moses Armah, owner of Medeama, on a possible return to the team.
Armah after Strand left described his unacceptable act in South Africa as a blessing in disguise and added that he was the reason why they endured a difficult start to this year’s Ghana Premier League campaign.
Medeama have since moved on with the appointment of former Bechem United and Tema Youth coach Prince Owusu as their new coach.
But Strand, who is currently in Sweden, is not giving up as he consistently calls Moses Armah to forgive and grant him a second chance.
