Tony Baffoe appointed CAF Deputy General Secretary

Anthony Baffoe, former Ghanaian International has been appointed Deputy General Secretary in charge of Football and Development for CAF.

He is expected to work under Egyptian Amr Fahmy, who has been installed General Secretary.

Essadik Alaoui, a Deputy General Secretary for Finance and Administration has also been appointed to man the day-to-day administration of football on the continent.

Mr Baffoe tweeted that: “Another step ahead in my ‘life after football’ there is no elevator to success-you have to take the stairs-God’s time is always the best.”
