Trabzonspor forward Caleb Ekuban makes first league appearance after injury comeback

Ghana forward Caleb Ekuban made his first Super Lig appearance after recovering from an injury for Trabzonspor in their win against Konyaspor.

The 25-year old forward came on for Yusuf Sari, who got injured in the 83rd minute, as the travelling Trabzonspor earned a narrow win.

On-loan Crystal Palace forward Alexander Sørloth scored the only goal in the 37th minute for the Black Sea Storms.

Ekuban is expected to gradually walk back into the starting line up after netting his first goal after 91 days out in the Turkish Cup win against Altay.
