Reports in Turkey suggest that Super Lig side Trabzonspor have been working tirelessly in silent to lure Ghana star Kwadwo Asamoah from Juventus.
The versatile midfielder, who can play across a number of positions, has struggled for game time at the Turin side and only featured 18 times as they retained their Serie A crown under Massimiliano Allegri.
According to Turkish newspaper Haberturk, Trabzonspor’s representatives have had several secret negotiations with Asamoah's manager.
The 28-year-old, whose contract still has a year remaining at the Italian club, is believed to be keen on leaving the Old Lady after failing to make an impact since arriving from Udinese five years ago.
The reports also suggested that the Accra-born player would be released at the end of his contract hence Juve are trying to cash in on him whilst they can.
