Cameroonian head coach, Rigobert Song says a lapse in concentration cost his side maximum points in their opening day draw against Ghana in the ongoing U23 AFCON.
A blistering free kick from Frank Evina on the 59th minute gave the Indomitable Lions the lead before the Black Meteors came from behind to grab a late equalizer through Habib Mohammed.
Speaking in his post match presser, Song lauded the over all performance of his boys but insisted they deserved a better result.
“I am satisfied with the performance of my players. We are missing four key players and in the next game at least two of them will join us. My players lost their concentration for a minute.”
Cameroon will take on Mali in their next game on Monday.
