UCL play-offs: Joseph Attamah plays full game as Istanbul lose to Sevilla

Ghana defender Joseph Attamah tasted a 2-1 home defeat with Turkish side Istanbul Basaksehir against Sevilla in the UEFA Champions League play-off first leg tie.

The centre back lasted the entire duration of the match at the Basaksehir Fatih Terim Stadyumu in Istanbul

Sergio Escudero drilled into the bottom corner to put the Spanish side in front in the 16th minute.

But Eljero Elia fired low into the net to make it 1-1 after 64 minutes.

With six minutes to go, Wissam Ben Yedder flicked in Navas' cross to restore Sevilla's lead.
