Under-fire Asante Kotoko Coach David Duncan is set to record his first away win of the season at Dormaa against Aduana Stars as the home side will be without captain Godfred Saka and experienced center-back Emmanuel Akuoko.
Both clubs have had a poor start to the season but Asante Kotoko’s season has been greeted with a bizarre performance with the supporters calling for the head of the former Hearts of Oak trainer.
To many Kotoko fans, the team has flattered to deceive as their pre-season form has not been replicated in the season so far by the team.
The Kotoko gaffer is however set to cause a massive upset at Dormaa as the absence of the two influential players is set to alter the plans of Ciaoba Aristica.
A source close to the Dormaa-based side has disclosed to Ghanascooernet.com that influential attacker Yaya Mohammed is battling with fitness while Noah Martey is nursing a groin injury.
The Kotoko gaffer may be laughing at the end of the game as he is welcoming the recuperation of most of the injured players who depleted his side at the beginning of the season.
Kotoko so far have just a win out of five matches with two loses and two draws.
