Medeama kept the CAF Confederation Cup dream alive with a 1-1 draw at Young Africans on Saturday in their third Group A match.

The Tanzanians that took the lead after barely two minutes of action but could not hold on as Medeama pulled even to keep their hopes of reaching the knockout stage alive.

Bernard Ofori scored in the 19th minute to stun the home fans after Donald Ngomo Dombo had given them a second minute lead.
