VRAL expresses gratitude to Hearts of Oak for allowing its plane to land at their training ground

A helicopter belonging to the Volta River Aviation Limited (VRAL) made an emergency landing at the Hearts Academy at Kpobiman on April 16, 2024.

On a rainy morning at the hub of football talents in Kpobiman, the Centre became a rescue ground for the VRAL helicopter when the pilot was asked to make an emergency landing for safety reasons.

The intensity of the rain was so much that the pilot was directed by the personnel from the control tower at the Kotoka International Airport to make an immediate landing to save lives on board and avoid a possible crash landing.

The VRAL expressed gratitude to Accra Hearts of Oak for the availability of its modern facility, which served as a safety ground for them and ensured that no lives and properties were lost.
