Ex-Hearts management member Abdul Aziz Futah urged top shareholders Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur and Ato Ahwoi to help revive the club.

The two top shareholders have been absent from the running of the club in their recent struggles.

Ghana's Vice-President Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur and former board chairman Ato Ahwoi have not been involved in the running of the club which has been rocked by financial crisis and bitter power struggles.

Hearts have simply been poor in recent years with the Ghanaian Premier League crown remaining elusive since 2008.

And the club's leading suporter Aziz Futah wants the immediate return of the top shareholders to help revive the club.

“I want to use this medium to call on his Excellency the Vice President of Ghana Mr. Amissah Arthur and Ato Ahwoi to come and save Accra Hearts of Oak as the team is declining,” he told Kumasi-based Ashh FM.

“I don’t think this current management love the club, anyone who loves the club will not bring this coach to Accra Hearts of Oak, the coach is here to build his CV and Accra Hearts of Oak is bigger than him.”

Hearts have been slow in the transfer market culminating in their poor pre-season preparations so far.

They have so far conceded nine goals and scored only once in just three games.
