Vice-President wishes Satellites well

The Vice-President Alhaji Aliu Mahama , sent a goodwill message to the national under-20 soccer team, the Black Satellites, as they clash with host Argentina in the finals of the FIFA World Youth Championship on Sunday.

A statement issued and signed by the Vice-President said, as the Satellites are on the verge making history, as the first African team to win the title should further inspire them.

"On behalf of the president, the government and the people of Ghana, this is to wish you the best of luck and encourage you to deliver your best against all odds and to raise the flag of Ghana very high", he said.

Alhaji Aliu Mahama assured the players and handlers of rousing welcome.
