Passionate fans of Al Qadsia mobbed Ghana defender Rashid Sumaila on his way out of the stadium on Tuesday after helping the side to a vital win.

Sumaila featured prominently for Al Qadsia as they beat Salmiyah 2-0 in the Kuwaiti top flight.

Fans of the club have struck a unique relationship with the Ghana defender who has displayed total devotion and commitment to the club.

Some of these fans waited hours after the game on Tuesday to just have a little jam with the former Mamelodi Sundowns man as he made his way from the stadium.
